North Coast Beach Rentals, LLC was started over 9 years ago with the idea of providing clean and comfortable vacation homes for rent.  Whether you are looking for a one night stay as you are passing through the area, have a 2 night family reunion or need two weeks to enjoy the many activities that the Oregon Coast has to offer, we have vacation homes to suit every size, location and budget.

My husband & I often rent vacation homes when we travel, so I am familiar with what you are going through as you try to find a home for your getaway.  You might find it interesting to read of our travels on the Tracey Travel’s page.

Our homes are all fully equipped for your stay and can accommodate groups from 2-20+ people.  Each has a variety of amenities to make your stay a comfortable one.  With rates starting at $89 (winter) per night and/or periodic specials, we are sure that you will be able to find a home that fits your needs & budget. 

As a smaller property management company in area, we provide a more personalized service to our guests, and believe that this is reflected in how many repeat customers we have back or tell others about us.  If you are not sure where you want to be or what home would work best for your group, our knowledge can help you make the decisions that will  make your stay a satisfied one.

Sssh, don’t tell anyone (or tell everyone) but….we have our own Frequent Guest Program..you can earn credits for recycling ($5), referring friends (5% and up), repeat group discounts (5% and up), free nights, early check-in or late departures at no charge, free upgrades, gift certificates to local businesses, and more...
